Jacinda Ardern: The Most Popular Female Prime Minister In The World

Four years ago, Jacinda Arden became the youngest prime minister in New Zealand's modern history. She then led the country through difficult times.
 

New Zealand has set a unique example in dealing with the deadly virus, while the US-Europe-China government has struggled to cope with the Covid-19. Compared to other countries, New Zealand has been able to control the spread of Kovid-19 from the beginning.


The full credit for this goes to the country's 40th and current Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern. Coming to the discussion through good deeds is nothing new for Jasinda. She got worldwide acclaim for his religious sympathy after the mosque attack in Christchurch, New Zealand, in 2019.


Jacinda Ardern was born on July 26, 1980 at Hamilton in New Zealand. Jacinda Ardern grew up in Muru village, a small town in the New Zealand Maori tribe. Although Jacinda, the youngest child of her parents, was never touched by poverty, the destitute life of the Maori tribesmen shook her childish mind. Most of the families in Muru village were below the poverty line.


There was a lack of education and food. The plight of the townspeople later encouraged her to participate in politics. She wanted to stand by the country's disintegrated groups through politics.


She spent his childhood in Muru village and then moved to Morrinsville. At the end of high school, she was admitted to the University of Waikato. Besides studying, she also got involved in various social activities. Luckily she participated in the Labor Party's election campaign. Before graduating from there, Jasinda got the opportunity to join Labor Party politics at the age of 17. In 1999, she ran for office in New Zealand's general election under Harry Dion Hoben.


Jasinda wished peace to the souls of those killed in the militant attack in Christchurch. After graduation, Jacinda worked as a researcher under Labor MP Phil Goff. This experience helped her later to be appointed as an adviser of Prime Minister Helen Clark. She moved to Britain in 2005.


She served in the cabinet of the then British Prime Minister Tony Blair for almost two and a half years. In 2006, Ardern became president of the International Union of Socialist Wealth. For her work, she traveled to several countries, including Algeria, China, India, Israel, Jordan and Lebanon. As a result, she  got the opportunity to gain different experiences.

 

 

In 2008, Jasinda ran as a Member of Parliament for the Labor Party. But lost by 13,000votes. But under New Zealand's constitutional rules, she was nominated for a reserved seat in Parliament. At the age of 28, she became a member of the House of Representatives as well as became the youngest politician in the country. After losing several more elections, she has repeatedly had the opportunity to become a Member of Parliament in a reserved seat by dint of  her political skills.


When Labor leader resigned two months before the 2017 election, the pressure fell on her. As president, she had the opportunity to lead the Labor Party. She Got a huge response from the youth in the election campaign. The wave of popularity that arose in the country with her at that time became known as 'Jasidamenia'.


With just two months to go, the Labor Party unexpectedly won the election. As the head of the party, she became the youngest woman Prime Minister in the world in 2017 at the age of only 38. She is also the youngest head of government in New Zealand's 150-year history.


Carrying humanity, Jacinda is currently the most popular Prime Minister in New Zealand's history. Her strong voice against climate change and child poverty has repeatedly shaken people's minds. And for all these reasons, in 2018, she took a place in the list of 'Power Women of Forbes.” She was also on the list of 100 most influential people in Times magazine.

Can you remember the militant attack in Christchurch? The sudden attack on several mosques in Christchurch, during the Friday prayers on March 15, 2019, stunned the whole world. At least 50 people were killed and 50 wounded in the attack. The world was even more surprised to see the New Zealand government's next move. Jasinda immediately announced changes to the country's weapons laws. Run to stand next to the relatives of the victims. she promised to build a new mosque and reform an old mosque. she termed the accused as terrorists and militants without any stinginess.


Jacinda attended the UN General Assembly with her 3-month-old daughter; In her address to the New Zealand Parliament shortly after the attack, she addressed everyone as "Assalamu Alaikum" in accordance with Islamic law. This behave left a wide response through social media.


In her speech, she said the Kiwi people will always be by the side of the Muslim community. she has worn hijab more than once to show respect to other religions. she also attended the Janmashtami festival of the traditional religion at the temple recently. Her sympathy for different religions has created a shining example of humanity in the world.


The news of Jasindan’s becoming a mother in 2018 also caused a stir in the world media. On June 22, 2018, a beautiful baby girl was born in her lap. Former Pakistani Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto gave birth to a child in 1990 when she was the first Prime Minister of the world.


Jacinda Ardern has brought success to New Zealand as an ideal Prime Minister in the latest Corona tackle. There is also strong public support for wanting to see Jacinda, who has so far garnered worldwide acclaim, on the stage of the Nobel laureate. But without thinking about it, Jacinda Ardern is busy for the island nation of New Zealand.
