10 habits of successful people:

1) Sleep according to the daily routine.Don't neglect sleep due to exams or work pressure. Successful people sleep seven to eight hours, according to the routine even though they have a lot of big responsibilities on their shoulders. Practice sleeping for seven to eight hours.  Stop using mobile and watching TV one hour before going to sleep. Take dinner at the same time every day. Because taking dinner late, can cause sleep disturbances. It is better to eat a good amount of nutritious food. Avoid overeating at dinner. Eat less fatty foods. Eating fatty foods at dinner can cause your gastritis

2) Try to see the light of dawn. Getting up in the morning will be easier if you try to get up early in the morning for three weeks in a row. As soon as you wake up in the morning, your health will be good. The mood will be fresh. A proverb says, "Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise." Health is wealth. If health is not good, the mind is not good. If you go to bed early, it is not difficult to wake up in the morning.

3) Exercise regularly. US President Obama exercises forty-five minutes six days a week. Exercise keeps your body fit for work. Increases blood circulation. Keeps the heart healthy. Moreover, it protects from risk of diabetes.

4) Read a lot of books. There are many famous people who read books regularly out of hundreds of works. Bill Gates reads fifty a year and at least one book a week. Books are a storehouse of knowledge. The research, experience and opinions of different authors from time to time are recorded in this book. It is not possible to be wise without reading books. Mix with people who read books. There is nothing to learn from people who do not read books. If you fall in love with someone, help him/her develop the habit of reading books. Books are man's best friend.

5) Have breakfast. Many people do not want to have breakfast for busyness. But how much you will be energized throughout the day depends on having this breakfast. Eat foods that boost energy for breakfast. Eggs, bananas, honey, bread, milk can be put on the breakfast list. Breakfast should not be neglected for busyness.

6) A daily plan is important for your tomorrow's task. Bill Gates, Richard Branson and Elanmask decide what to do every night.
 It is very important to have a routine to sort out tomorrow's tasks. Every day we have a lot of work to do in a short time. If you keep a routine, it is easy to get things done within the allotted time.
7) Controlled use of Facebook and email. Women entrepreneur and author Ariana Huffington do not use Facebook and email thirty minutes before bedtime every day. Do not spend more than two hours online a day. You can not keep an eye on Facebook after waking up.

8) Take notes of your necessary things. From Mark Twain, the famous writer of the time, to Zuckerberg, the entrepreneur of the time, they all keep a note of any idea or information they come up with.  The notes will help you make new plans. The success of any endeavour depends on a realistic plan.

9) Learn something new every day. Every famous person had the mentality to learn something new every day. Zuckerberg has learned the Mandarin language, despite his hundreds of engagements.  Never stop learning. You have to learn as long as you live. There is no limit to learning, there is no age for learning.

10) Spend time with talented and intelligent friends. Spend time with intelligent people. Friends must be chosen consciously. A good friend is equal to 100 libraries. There is nothing to be gained from fools. The man is greatly influenced by the personality of his friend.
